Do not recommend! I used the free car wash coupon that was mailed to me for “The Works” which is the most expensive option they offer. Either they didn’t actually program the wash for the works or it’ doesn’t do the job promised because the hood and front end of my car still has bugs and marks all over it. Costco’s $7 wash does a much better job. It also pushed us through the wash super fast, less than 2 minutes in the wash. If giving me a coupon for a free wash valued at $40 was supposed to be an incentive to get me to come back and actually pay the $40, it’s a hard pass. I’ll save over $30 and drive out to Costco. I’ll never go back there again.

From the moment I arrived, the entire process was quick, easy, and very well organized. The entrance was clearly marked, the payment process was simple, and the staff members were friendly, professional, and ready to help. The car wash itself did an excellent job. My vehicle came out looking noticeably cleaner, with the dirt, dust, and road grime removed from the exterior. The equipment appeared modern and well maintained, and the wash moved efficiently without making me feel rushed. I also appreciated the powerful vacuums and the clean, convenient area provided for finishing up the interior. What stood out most was the overall cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property. Everything looked organized, safe, and properly maintained. Very disappointed with my experience at Tommy’s Car Wash on Memorial. I went through the wash and when I got home, it was obvious my wheels and step bars were still dirty and had barely been cleaned. I called and spoke with a newer employee(that stated she had only been there a short time) to see if I could simply get a credit for a wash another day, but was told no because I had already left the location. What really bothered me most was that she admitted they’ve been having issues with the brushes and the wheel cleaning section. If the equipment isn’t working properly, customers should absolutely be told BEFORE paying for a wash. Instead, customers are paying full price for a service that the business already knows may not work correctly. She did offer to let me run back through, but after a long day at work I was already home and not driving all the way back across town. On top of that, I was told the only option was to come back the same day. That’s just not good business or customer service. A simple wash credit would have easily fixed the situation and kept a customer happy. Because of how this was handled, they didn’t just lose one customer, they lost three from my househ

ETA: It’s been almost two weeks, I’ve made several phone calls and left several messages asking for a Lead to call me back. I’ve spoken to an out-of-area dispatch and they always promise me that I will get a call back. But guess what??? No calls have been made to me!! I tried calling this specific location again and the kid working said “This isn’t worth his time!” and hung up on me. This place is an absolute disgrace!!!! Do not support this business! Terrible experience. I went through once and my car was still filthy. Immediately went through a second time and nothing had changed. I went to speak with an associate who told me “did you see that truck getting towed out of here? He just broke the machines so they aren’t really working anymore.” (So why are you still allowing cars to go through!?!) I said “well I’ve been through here twice so now I would like a refund.” To which he responded “we can’t give you a refund if you’re not a member.” WHAT???! He then said “well I mean I can wipe down your car if you want though” and proceeded to take a dry microfiber cloth and start rubbing the dirt into the paint, like as if that would clean the car. Casper @ the memorial location in Murfreesboro was very helpful on my visit today. I couldn’t get the floor mat machine to work, he came over and helped me and ultimately ended taking my floor mat and washing it off for me. Casper was GREAT! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
